Terms of Service

We do not sell reptiles to anyone under the age of 18. For those under the age of 18 please have your parents contact us to make a purchase.

I accept Paypal, most credit cards, and money orders. Upon notifying me of your intent to purchase a Bearded Dragon I will put your Dragon(s) on hold for 24 hours while payment arrangements are made. The exception to this is for money orders. I do not have a layaway plan as we constantly have new dragons coming up that need the space.

I ship Overnight Monday through Wednesday. All reptiles are shipped in Styrofoam lined containers with a heat/cold pack as necessary. I guarantee live delivery, but I reserve the right to hold shipments during periods of extreme heat and cold. If you choose to have me ship when temperatures enroute are extreme I can not guarantee live delivery. As an option we can ship to the nearest customer service center and have your package held for pickup. As your Bearded Dragon(s) will travel to this location at night, this is much more favorable during periods of extreme heat. All guarantees are void if someone is not available to sign for/accept the reptile(s) on the first delivery attempt. If your dragons arrive dead you must notify me within 24 hours.

Please note that new reptiles can become stressed by their introduction into a new environment. Great care should be taken to insure that your new reptile isn't over handled and is allowed seclusion until it properly adjusts to its new home. New sounds, smells, activity all play a role in this, but this is further addressed by our care sheet. If an issue does arise please notify me immediately so that I can walk you through the necessary steps to get you reptile back on track. Things to look for are lethargy, lack of appetite, restlessness, cowering, etc. In short if you feel your reptile is in trouble contact me immediately.

If your reptile is DOA, and all of our guarantee requirements have been met, I will gladly refund the purchase price of the reptile or replace the reptile if a suitable replacement is available. I do not refund shipping costs and if you chose to replace the reptile you will be charged for the additional shipping. Please note that I will only replace an animal once.

All sexing is probable unless other wise noted.

Color

I can give you my opinion as to what I believe a dragon will look like when it grows up as related to past experience, but I can not guarantee its color, size, temperament, etc. There are far to many parameters involved to determine this by simply looking at a Bearded Dragon. I can tell you what the parents are like, what other siblings have turned out like, but no one can predict the outcome of an individual animal.
